Troubleshooting

Problem Reason
No connection to TETRA network Check whether Teltronic API server is accessible by running the following commands on T.Bridge host:
  • Ping the Teltronic API server IP address: ping 172.20.128.100
  • Try Telnet connection to the Teltronic API server: telnet 172.20.128.100 5063
Error code 153 or 154 The TASSTA user is not integrated into the NMS.
